Pricing for a real estate shoot starts at $125 For the site visit and initial hour, and $100 per hour after that.
All plans include required flight planning and site research to ensure the mission conforms to FAA restrictions and requirements including weather, airspace restrictions, flight notices, etc. Delays may occur if there are temporary restrictions in place, airspace use approval is required, or weather restrictions are in place.
Basic Flight Package
For just $125, our Site Visit & Initial Photography package delivers a comprehensive kickoff to showcasing your property. This includes the first hour of flight time, capturing stunning aerial photography and videography from every angle. We then apply basic editing—think expert color correction and precise cropping—to ensure your images look clean, vibrant, and professional. Need more flight time? Additional hours on-site are available for just $100 per hour. It’s the perfect foundation to make your listing stand out from the start.
Advance Photo/Video Editing
Elevate your property’s appeal with our expert advanced editing and video creation service. We transform raw footage and photos into polished, professional images—enhancing colors, perfecting lighting, and crafting seamless videos that highlight every detail.
