Have Drone Will Travel (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides aerial and ground-based photography, videography, mapping, and related drone services as described throughout this site. The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for a given project are set by individual agreement between Have Drone Will Travel and the client, not by the general descriptions on this website.
All flights are conducted in accordance with FAA regulations. Every flight includes required flight planning and site research to confirm the mission conforms to applicable FAA restrictions and requirements, including airspace classification, weather conditions, temporary flight restrictions, and required notices or authorizations. Delays may occur where temporary flight restrictions are in place, airspace authorization is required, or weather conditions do not permit safe operation.
Local hazards such as trees, antennas, powerlines, and other obstacles may limit what can safely be photographed at a given location. The pilot retains final judgment over what is safe for the aircraft, bystanders, and property. Shots that would endanger the aircraft, people, or property will be excluded from the delivered package or substituted with alternative angles where possible.
Delivered photos and video are made available online for a minimum of 90 days, and often longer depending on storage capacity and project needs. After that period, imagery is moved to offline storage. If a client has not downloaded their imagery before it is taken offline, it can typically be re-posted on request.
Have Drone Will Travel retains copyright in all photographs, video, and other imagery produced. Payment for a project grants the client a permanent license to use the delivered imagery for their own purposes, unless a different arrangement is negotiated in advance in writing. Imagery is typically provided to a client for review prior to invoicing; use of imagery prior to payment does not transfer any license and may constitute copyright infringement.
Payment terms are established individually for each project. Imagery is typically provided for client review before an invoice is issued; full license to use the imagery is granted upon payment.
Have Drone Will Travel is based in Missouri and provides services across Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. Work outside this area may be available by arrangement.
Deliverables provided by Have Drone Will Travel are intended for visual documentation, planning support, and communication. They are not a substitute for licensed surveying, structural engineering, official safety certification, licensed home inspection, pest or mold assessment, fire investigation, or insurance claim determinations. Have Drone Will Travel provides visual data capture and documentation services to support the qualified professionals who make those determinations, and does not guarantee any particular outcome, approval, or result from the use of its deliverables.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of a project applies to that project.
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, and message. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, which collects standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, where a project moves forward, to communicate about that project. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the site; it is not used to identify you individually.
